We perform massive heat treatments on metal components (stainless steels, nickel alloys, titanium, and aluminium), whether single, assembled, or welded. Heat treatment can relieve internal stresses in the piece due to previous forming or welding phases (stress-relief treatment). Annealing treatments are then performed to make the metals more workable, and solution annealing to improve their microstructure. Other treatments, known as “hardening” or “precipitation,” serve to give greater mechanical strength or hardness.
